beautysnob.comI just read on BeautySnob.com that Jan Marini's Lash Serum is being recalled because it can cause vision problems - and raise pressure in the eyes. The FDA says to throw the product out, and if you have used it and feel like you have symptoms go to your eye doctor!
Its too bad about this product, it would have been cool to have a serum that really helped make eyelashes longer without it being dangerous.

I didn't see that anyone posted this yet, but Clarisonic is voluntarily recalling certain models of the skincare brush that may overheat or catch on fire. I've had mine for over a year, and it IS part of the recall. I know five others who's have been recalled as well, so check your lot code on the bottom so you don't burn your sugarlicious face!

Certain boppy slipcovers have been recalled because the zipper can break causing a choking hazard and also contain excess amounts of lead.
Here's the link to the Boppy website, which explains the problem and how to determine if you have an affected product.

Here is some more information I pulled from this website: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml08/08097.html
Slipcovers recalled due to a choking hazard were sold in three color combinations and have the following UPC and date codes found on the California Flammability Law tag.

Largest Recall of Ground Beef Is Ordered Published: February 18, 2008
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/18/business/18recall.html?th&emc=th
A California meat company on Sunday issued the largest beef recall in history, 143 million pounds, some of which was used in school lunch programs, Department of Agriculture officials announced.
The recall by the Westland/Hallmark Meat Company, based in Chino, Calif., comes after a widening animal-abuse scandal that started after the Humane Society of the United States distributed an undercover video on Jan. 30 that showed workers kicking sick cows and using forklifts to force them to walk.
