I've been fighting breakouts and blotchy, dull skin for the past two years. I've spent about a gajillion dollars on miracle creams and face washes from the drugstore to Sephora and Ulta. A couple weeks ago, I saw this scrub at Target and decided for $3.59, it was worth a shot. In the immortal words of one Carrie Bradshaw: HELLO, LOVER!
In one week, my skin went from rough, blotchy, oily and general messiness to clear and smooth like it was a few years ago. I also have been using the Phisoderm SPF 15 moisturizer from CVS, so maybe that helped too. But if you're frustrated with bad skin like I was, this might be the best four bucks you ever spend!

Givenchy
i agree, it has worked for me, also!
1how often do you use it?
2rubies- i use mine every other day...
3Rubies, I use it every day, usually at night to take my makeup off and clean my skin before bed.
4I used it once and it made me break out...my skin is super senstive and will get really oily if it's irritated and once it's oily, i get acne!!!
5I use this as well - usually every other day or when I think my face really looks dull and dirty. I agree that my skin is so soft after I use it!
6But I haven't had that that much success with it as an acne fighter/preventer though...
7They've recently reformulated this. It's not packed with the jagged, broken apricot seeds anymore, from what I've heard. Still...
I know a TON of people use this. But, I've read that over time, really abrasive exfoliants like this pop the tiny capillaries under your skin causing redness as you age, and can make your skin sag faster. I don't know if that's true or not, but it's enough to scare me off the product.

I've tried this as well! I heard a bunch of rave reviews about it hand had to try it - but it made me break out!!(which is something that almost never happens to me)
However, this is probably because I have extremely sensitive skin. It exfoliated nicely, though, so if you have dull, tough skin, it's definitely worth a try.
9Their firming facial wash is similar, but the pieces in it are much smoother and less jagged. It's really creamy and a totally different texture. It's really a nice product as well.
10oh, this is classic. I have the one with salicylic acid for breakouts, but doesn't do much. Love how it smoothes and just seems to brighten my skin up. Don't they have a sensitive skin version? Always rated well.
11my hubby uses this every day but his skin is rougher than mine. i will use this on my body though. and occasionally on my face but i don't rub really hard. i do like this stuff though. i actually prefer laura mercier facial scrubs but the price difference is astronomical (of course).
12Wow, I feel like a big idiot. I got a small sample of this, but I thought it was a body scrub. I tried it and wasn't impressed. After reading this post, I went and washed my face with it, and liked it much better.
13This may be shocking, but i think i am the only person in the entire world who truly, honestly, absolutely HATED this product. My acne was quite bad, and so i decided to try it as per the thousands of recommendations by practically the entire beauty network (as in any beauty site you can think of. After I used it for about 3 days my skin started getting off like it was on drugs(the bad type)!!! huge red patches started appearing, my acne was still going strong, skin at the edge of my face started peeling and turning a strange deep brownish-orange color, it was HORRIBLE! When i went to see my dermatologist in total depression, he called me a dumbass to my face (well, not literally "a dumbass", but you get what I mean..). Apparently apricot causes inflammation/acne/breakouts? or something like that...anyways, the stuff he prescribed to me was MUCH better..
