Photos: "Vodka & Caviar" with a "Peach Daiquiri" To Go (Polish)
I used OPI's "Vodka & Caviar" as a base and applied Maybelline Colorama in "Peach Daiquiri" (discontinued) on top. Vodka & Caviar is a gorgeous medium matte red and Peach Daiquiri (though it is more bright orange-red) has alot of shimmer. When I applied the OPI polish I felt it was too matte for the still summery-season; luckily I remembered I had this Colorame polish, which brought more life to my OPI base color. The polish combo started to chip around day 4 or 5, which is fine by me (maybe not you, I'm not sure of your preference) since I usually have to mend chipped corners on day 2 or 3.

it looks great on you! And 4 to 5 days chip free is fantastic b/c I barely make it to day 3 without any signs of wear and tear... which probably explains why I don't do color on my hands much.
Actually, while on the subject, why is it that the same polish on your toes lasts for like 3 weeks and only 3 days on your hands... odd.

Jenn - I know, it is odd how it last much longer. We might not do as much work with them (ok, we walk etc however I mean in comparison to cleaning, having to wash your hands x's a day, such & such) however I know I am very klutzy and bang my toes into everything (yesterday I stubbed my toe into the door jam, a second later I went to walk again and stubbed the same toe on the opposite foot
.) So I am surprised that my toenail polish doesn't even have a chip in it
after 9 days. 
7I know, right, I hit my toes on door frames and furniture all the time. And when my feet are curled up in the chair, I tend to pick at my toes without paying attention and they still look good a week or so later. But I can just look at my fingernails and the paint starts shedding off.
