Bumble and Bumble Straight (on my hairdresser's recommendation. And Jen's)
If you're born with curly hair but dream of straight, all you need is Bumble and bumble Straight, a blow dryer and a brush.
Directions:
Work evenly into towel-dried hair and blow-dry, section by section, until dry.
So, this morning, I did a Pepsi Challenge. I washed and conditioned my hair, and then used CHI on one side of my hair and B&B on the other.
I couldn't tell the difference and I can't tell if that's good or bad. But I took a photo. Unfortunately, this pic was taken about 9 hours after blowing my hair dry. I'd just walked home in the wind, and I'd been wearing a hat, so it's a bit messy. But, my hair is very curly and I didn't use a flat iron at all, just a dryer and a brush in addition to the products. My hair isn't stick straight. But it's a lot smoother and shinier than I'm used to getting it.
I'm going to try the stuff combined with my Frederic Fekkai glossing cream later, so we'll see what happens.

1Your hair looks GREAT!!! I actually like the little bit of wave to it instead of stick straight. I wonder how well it works in humidity and fog (my enemies). Im considering going back to my natural hair color to make my hair healthy again and not flat iron as much so hopefully these will work for me too
2Aw, thanks! Yeah, I usually prefer that bit of wave, too. Although I love my new CHI iron because when I do want it straight, it's so quick and easy.

sorry for playin 20 questions...i'm thinkin of going from my light blonde to a dark brown like yours, and i wanna know if we have similar hair so i can get an idea for how my hair would look!

To answer your questions, I don't color my hair, and yes, there is a lot of it. But my stylist thins the heck out of it.

8Jasi- Im a natural blonde and I dye my hair dark brown and I love it. Its a bit of a shock though the first time you do it. If you are nervous about it I would suggest not going completely dark brown the first time. Start with a medium brown and see how you like it before taking it darker that way you wont be as shocked
9i've actually gone dark brown before, and it was really beautiful. but i've bee pretty attached to the light blonde over the last couple of years.so i'm a bit nervous! we'll see if i actually do it.

17I think that the CHI side looks shinier because of the angle and the flash on my camera, but I'm not sure.

I think the CHI side looks a tad better. I use Straight in conjunction with a glossing product like CHI. So, use 'em both!
