I would say the color payoff is decent, but as with all eye shadows, I would use a primer/base like UDPP, TFSI (Two-faced Shadow Insurance), or MAC paintpots etc before applying the
eyeshadows.
yeah i have the 88 palette the satin/matte one there is the other one that is the same ( a little bit diff with the colors ) sept the formula is frost/veluxe pearl. Also i have the 28 shadow
neutral palette i love it!
