When I bought this product, I was looking for something to smooth and comfort my lips, a conditioning cream for a beautiful pucker. What I got was a flaking nightmare!
Whenever I use Clinique's All About Lips, even in very tiny amounts, it causes my lips to flake and peel, all very disturbing. I basically just wanted to post this as a warning to you girls out there. If you'd like all of your skin to peel off, leaving your lips raw, this is the product for you!

2I wonder if it's supposed to be an exfoliant....they have a product called Turnaround Concentrate that goes on before moisturizer, and it's an exfoliant. Thanks for the review!

5I agree jennifer76, Clinique is usually a great skin-care line. It's the awkward nature of this product that led me to my review.
6yup, everything clinique is usually great. Their work-out resistant foundation is the best for humid weather or lots of actitivy

8i bought this stuff a few years ago and loved it but i admit to not buying it again when it ran out because of the price. perhaps they changed the formula? i use laura mercier lip silk now. it has a slight exfoliant in it that helps removes dry skin. perhaps that is what was happening with your all about lips?
9I worked for Clinique for 5 years and All About Lips is actually a lip exfoliant. Yes, it does feel very nice going on like it should be moisturizing but it is not. You must use it daily and it will take a little while for you to see optimal results.
