Also with the lite it may cover my bags, not highlight them, but it also may be totally obvious that I have WHITE concealer on my eyes.

I got this recently too. I chose the lightest shade b/c I am pretty fair skinned. I really like everything about it except that it creases under my eyes. But everything I've ever used (BE included) does that.

I am Sephora-less as well & I freaking hate it!

That sucks, chica! I love this stuff....and I am surprised the 02 wasnt the right shade. I don't know anything about the returns...it really takes 30 days?

I think the 30 days is the maximum indicated....

I'm sure it won't take 30 days. I had to return a brush set for another because I got all the same brushes when the set was supposed to have 5 different ones. What I did was go to the Sephora website and went to the Compliment/Complain and told them what happened. That day I received an email telling me to send back my old one and that a new one was coming to me, and then it was delivered within a week.

Yeah, I looked up the reviews on MUA and there's actually a review on there that had the same exact problem of me. I think my skin tone is an awkward tone to match so maybe that's the problem.

So atox, lemme make sure I understand the returns correctly. Since I ordered it online and I don't have a Sephora near me I can't send it back and get the right shade? I have to send it back, they refund me, and then I have to reorder it?

Sephora usually does returns and reorders, Layla. If the other shade doesn't work out for you, try Lancome's Effacernes. I wear Smashbox's PhotoFinish underneath it and it doesn't crease at all.

That is odd because Sephora did an exchange with me. Once I emailed the lady about it, she put in the order for my new brushes herself and told me to just mail out my old brushes using the prepaid postage sticker that came with the order. I didn't have to do anything but email her

My problem with this product is that it covered my circles, but in a weirdly yellowy way that seemed to say, "Hey world! Look! I'm covering circles!" I do think it would be better to have this product come in more than three shades, but that's just me being weirdly obsessive about concealer.

Also, I wouldn't suggest going to the lighter shade unless you're *positive* it might look better. I think a lot of people go too light on concealer, which then makes them have weird half-moons under their eyes. I'm guilty of doing this, too... it still shows up in pictures from time to time!

Atox - Maybe it's different when they send you something defective or the wrong product. When you just return your stuff because you don't like it, they do the return and reorder thing. Which, is cool because you can get your new stuff sent out without having to wait for the whole return to process.

Bella, you're totally correct. I put it on yesterday before I got in the shower on a clean face and it had a strange orange tint to it. I am almost certain that it's too dark of a shade, but maybe I'll just stick to MAC concealer or try Lancome's. I put it in the mail today so I'll update you guys on the time it takes of a return.
