Just now, my mom called asking me to recommend a facial peel for my sister. There are many types of peels on the market, so I inquired about what kind of result she was looking for. My mom explained that the Molton Brown Skinbalance Toning Lotion I had raved about was doing a great job of clearing up my sister’s blackheads – but the process was resulting in some hyper-pigmentation. It didn’t take me long to offer a suggestion...almost immediately, I remembered a product I purchased over a year ago – that yielded great results.
Used consistently (1-3 times per week), Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel visibly reduces the appearance of post-acne marks. What I like most about the treatment is that it contains Salicylic Acid to prevent new breakouts from forming and discourage future marks. The product does a wonderful job of exfoliating skin…after using the peel, my skin had a healthy glow and was smooth as a toddler’s tuchis.
My only criticism is the smell – it isn’t pleasant, but it’s tolerable…and you get used to it after a while. In my opinion, it’s a small price to pay for smoother, clearer skin.
Available at Drugstore.com, Amazon.com, Walgreen’s, Eckerd, CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart and Kmart.

Ive used this before and had good results.
1Oh wow, I've never heard of this but I'm definitely ordering it! I have REALLY sensitive skin though.. and I'm having huge probs right now with dryness.. Would that be a problem?
2If you have really sensitive skin, I would purchase from a retailer that allows you to return products if you're not satisfied. And when using it for the first time, I would do a patch test, just to be safe.
I have sensitive skin, and had no negative side effects. But everyone is different...
3Hmmm, any suggestions for sun/brown spots?
4I actually bought this a little while ago, but I keep forgetting to use it. I'll definitely try it now!

5yeah, I've got this in my cabinet and don't use it consistently. If I had a time frame that I could set to see if this works- how long/ after how many uses did you see actually fading of marks? I know I am not going to see immediate results, but don't want to use this too long before realizing it ain't doing much for me.
6I would say that I used it, consistently (2 times a week), for 3 or 4 weeks before I saw a noticeable difference in the lightening of dark spots. But there is an immediate improvement in the smoothness of your face because the peel exfoliates and removes dry, dead skin.
7I have very sensitive skin but I do have blackheads but no pimples, is this good for me too?
