It's easy for me to pay close attention to nail trends than make-up trends. I think it's because make up has become less important to me. And plus some women like bold make up and others like to keep it simple.

I've noticed on some celebs (I only featured two because I didn't wanna post too many pics.) the bright red or medium toned red nails. I KNEW red was going to make a come back, it has always been a classic nail color. Sexy, fun and trendy even in the summer. I myself am always looking for that perfect red. Although I may have found it in OPI's Vodka & Caviar, I'm searching for the dark red polish and damnit I WILL find it..lol

1I think I'm going to have to take a trip to Target and pick up that dark red/brownish polish I've been iffie about. Along with a hobo chic bag. I need another purse. I've been relying on the same Dooney&Bourke purse for about 8 years..

2For winter and cold months, I like the dark plums and wines. But for summer, I like the almost clear tones with a little florescence.
3My favorite is the bottom pic. I really like the red.
