Hey everyone,
I got three new amazing brushes and I HAD to tell you all about it. When I got the Urban Decay Book of Shadows I first used the two brushes that came with that. In this "book" you can find a crease brush and wonder brush. But I use them sooo much, that I wanted to get the brushes with another handle.
So I ordered these:
- Crease brush
- Shadow brush
- Wonder brush
I'm seriously impressed with these brushes. They're made with super soft synthetic Taklon, a man-made fiber that comes to a fine point at the tip, just like a natural hair.
Especially the wonder brush is great for placing colour under the eyes, smudging eyeliner under the eyes, also if you place colour only in your outer or inner corner this brush gives great placement.
The crease brush is smaller then the other crease brushes I have, which means if I don't want an overly blended crease I go straight to this one.
The shadow brush is great for packing on colour!
Another thing that is great about these brushes is.... that they're Vegan!
Urban Decay certifies that it is a vegan product, and does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

that Wonder Brush looks pretty awesome!! Thanks!
1I love Taklon brushes! Thanks for letting us know about these.
2i like them - they really look good! just to add: i once wanted to buy a lip brush i did not find anything i liked they all were so fluffy - Clinique - anything i did not like any of them... you know where i found myself at the end? in a do it yourself shop for "PAINTINGS"... i am NOT kidding it was the best lip brush i ever had and it was also vegan...
Thank you 4 that hint, CEE
3For synthetic brushes I pretty much stick with The Body Shop. I hate now that everything fake is called "Vegan". I'm not saying these brushes weren't designed with that in mind, but it's becoming a serious pet peeve for me.
4Thank you for the review. When I have to replace my brushes, I will look at those.
5I agree with Jessiebanana.
6Sounds like a wonderful cosmetic brush and how great that they are vegan!
7They look like good brushes. I was buying all of mine at elf.com for a buck each and they're actually pretty good I got like 3 a few years ago and they're still usable. Then a got a few from smashbox on ebay for cheap and i like them too. i think those are all synthetic. my BE blush brush is animal hair, it's not as soft as the synthetic ones.
8I have the big powder brush from UD, and I love it - vegan or not, it's a fantastic blending tool for the face. And the bristles are really soft and not at all plastick-y feeling like some synthetic brushes.
9i got a set of brushes from the ecotools collection from walgreens, and i absolutely love them! and its all eco friendly too, with bamboo handles etc, and i got the 5 piece set for under $12. its a great buy, and theyre great quality
10These sound great !!!!!
