This is something completely random I decided to post. Today, I shall talk about the basic ways to take care of your skin.

#1 BARE MINIMUM: Cleanse your face at least once a day. (Tip: Don't use plain soap. It's too harsh for your skin, leaving it dry and tight after washing your face with it. Invest in a cleanser meant for your skin type; i.e. dry, combination, or oily) Twice is preferred, and moisturize twice a day.
#2 Optional: It's good to exfoliate your skin 1-2 times a week. Exfoliating sheds dead skin cells, making way for new ones.
#3 Optional: It's nice to treat yourself to a facial mask once a week. Doing this helps clean your skin deep down in your pores.
#4 Good to use: Spot treatment creams are always handy when those pesky little pimples show up. Instead of popping them until they scar your face, apply a spot treatment cream morning and night. To make the pimple go away faster, apply more frequently throughout the day.
#5 VERY IMPORTANT: The shape your skin is in could be reflecting on your eating habits. It may not seem like it, but your diet plays a big role in keeping your skin healthy. It's about caring for your skin and overall health from the inside-out. (Tip: Breakfast, the first meal of the day, dictates on what your cravings will be like later on. If you start off the day with something healthy, it's more likely you'll want to snack on healthier foods like an apple or some grapes. Donuts are no exception! Sticking out tongue)
