have you ever heard of/tried raw minerals? I don't know if it's at Sephora. I got it as a free trial and have to cancel by january 30th if I don't want the regular shipments(it is kind of pricey) but these this stuff is AWESOME! I LOVE the loose powder foundation and brush; the brush is awesome, and they send 2 shades for you to pick one or custom match your skin using some of each- and the bronzer/glow is really fine and glorious; they even send an eyeshadow brush.... I guess eye and lip products can be bought seperately.

shopping42 I will check it out-but being a beauty junky I have more stuff enough to open a shop-but I made a resolution to use what I have up or toss-thnks for info-
1Please do a review - I'm super curious about rawminerals!
2I'm curious as well to see how it compares to bare minerals.
3Wow - it looks like it would feel really nice on!!!
4I have been using www.everydayminerals.com and love them. I don't notice a difference between them and Bare Escentuals... so I don't imagine them to be different from Raw. So, you might want to give them a look at. They are not as spendy.
5I always avoid the makeup department unless I need something specific because they always attack me from all sides and want to work me over & sell me all their line. Thus I have tons of unused stuff that I bought and never used. I like a natural look that I can use in 5 minutes and out the door I go! so please feel free to share why this product is worthwhile vs my Clinique makeup with sunblock I continue to use year after year. thanks for the post!
6They feel so natural but you can get them over the counter for less expense.
7Thanks for the info girls! I have just started wearing Bare Escentuals and I like it, but it is kinda pricey. My daughter is just started to wear makeup too (very little) and I definitely like the minerals because of no breaking out(acne) but with her just learning, etc how to use, I don't want to spend a ton of $$$. I actually really like Maybelline Mineral makeup foundation also. It is very nice and covers well. I think the big clincher with the mineral foundations (for me anyway) is the primer. It is absolutely essential for me to use that or I am not impressed at all with Bare Escentuals. I have the skin revver upper (came with the $60 starter kit) but I have been using Smashbox Primer samples with it also. LOVE. Has anyone tried the Leeza Gibbons one? It looks really nice too and cheaper.

9I agree with Rubydreams
10Yes guys, the Raw Minerals makeup is Crazy good!- I think they should be paying me to sing their praises like this! lol!!
The powdery foundation is so fine but the coverage is very good, I don't know how that
works- but I like it! I literally apply one loaded brushful(and thr foundation brush is a bit smaller than a quarter) in the morning over my own drug store concealer - I use their concealer
brush they gave me- at 7:45 and then top off with the glow all over the places the sun would naturally hit if I were laying out that morning- best tip ever!- and then I use a brow filling
powder from MK with my MK brow-brush and some eyeshadow with their brush they give you for the bronzer(it;s too small for the bronzer,IMO, but when half-in, since it's a retractable brush,
it's perfect for a wash of color on my lids- and then I use walmart mascara and walmart eyeliner, run a comb through my lashes and the brush over my brows, slap on some lip medex and I am SET
for 12 HOURS! I am not kidding!-literally, I will only touch up my eyeliner if I need to if I go out after dinner or something. And I have an oily t-zone guys, I don't have that perfect
peaches and cream skin some lucky girls have that never gets dry or oily- I can actually be oily and dry at the same time at different places on my face, I am so nutsy! lol! I just LOVE this
product to DEATH. I have decided that if I have to send back the empty containers on the 21st, fine (because I'll empty and keep all the product,lol- since they let you, heyyyy) but I do NOT
want to give back the brushes- I actually want to buy their eyeshadow, brow and liner brushes too! I do makeup and I have an older Bobbi Brown brush set I got in the later 90's, let me assure
you these brushes are SO much better than those! (Sorry Bobbi,I love you still!) There is just no way that I can give them back, but I def. don't need a new shipment of the 2 powders and a
bronzer every month- the one container of each will last me months!- you use so little every day!- and the bronzer will prob. last a YEAR, so I gotta tell them to stop the monthly shipment
deal but I will keep and pay for the brushes, plus order more of them!, and buy the products as I need them... they better let me do that LOL
kiwi, I saw the ad for everyday minerals in my family circle....I wondered what they were like, and your right- less pricey for sure. I have not tried bare minerals but have tried bare escentuals and Raw is better than them, you said that bare minerals is comprable to everyday minerals? Hmmmm, I wonder how they stack up to my Beloved Raw!! I may have to find out- free trial style, of course!
I will let y'all know!
Pam, I haven't used Clinique in years! not because they are not good, LOVE their stuff, and I guess it is all up to your tastes if you would prefer the powdered minerals foundation on your skin or the liquid- Raw does come with sunscreen spf 25 within it- so that is a good match- but if you like the feel of silky powder on your skin and that's it, and it lasts all day, then I say free-try the minerals, why not! But if you prefer the sinking-in feel of the liquid and you don't use powder normally, then you may not like the silky feel of the ever-present 12 hour + wear of the mineral foundation on your skin....
Really, rubydreams? I have seen that someone- I think L'Oreal?- was or did just come out with a minerals line, but that was when I was waiting for this, so I figured I'd try this first... I am hooked, I can't try L'oreal or anyone now (-unless it was free to try of course ha ha ha!!)
Really, Coach? Maybelline has one? Hmmmm.... well I haven't heard of the Lisa Gibbons one either but she has some FAB skin so I would try it!!!Smashbox
IS totally awesome, I have yet to try thier primer- gotta try now!!!!- I have the MK primer and it is good, but it is $25 a bottle and, I just don't feel like I need it-- with Raw I don't feel like I need anything but my moisturizer on my face before I apply it, and that is GREAT
I don't know guys, I feel so ~*~*~FREE~*~*~*~ with Raw on! I feel unencumbered and pretty....lol!I feel Pretty, Oh so Pretty, I feel Pretty and Witty and Gay!.... hah ha ha ha ha *coughz*

11awesome. Glad I could help! Everday Minerals has the free trial ones but I think you have to pay for shipping.
12Thanks Kiwi, and I am mailing back my empties of the RAW tomorrow, and keeping the awesome brushes. I will then try Everyday Minerals and see how I like them. In the end, I will choose whatever works best for the price, I suppose. I will miss my cute little Raw cannisters, how gay am I?? Lol! I just am in *love* with thier cute little cannisters; I hope the Everyday folks have some cute cannisters!
