I'd wear this kind of make up for an evening out with the hubs or for a party or other special event i'd go to. I would never get out of the house with this kind of make up on on a broad day light!

If you've got the right eyes, you could pull that off anytime, anywhere.

I HIGHLY recommend Bare Minerals eye make up kits (sephora!). There's one called "Rocker Eye" in their tutorials group that has three shadows and a brush and teaches you how to get the smokey eye look you want. It's amazing! I have the "foiled eye" tutorial kit and I thought I'd only use it for special occasions, but I use it every day now because the shadows are so good. They're definitely "what you see is what you get".

I love this look! I just gotta find the right function to wear it to! With a bold eye like that, one would have to make sure everything is on point. Shoes, jewelry, clothes and attitude!
