I tried the Tarte cheekstain at Sephora last Saturday and almost bought one, but I don't really need it. It really is nice and sheer though. I was surprised.

Awesome, round up, toxy! How do you use the tarte stain over powder? I've never understood that...

I don't think you would use it over powder. It's probably for bare skin, liquid, or creme foundation, then powder over everything.
