Play with Plums
$17.50
Worth EVERY PENNY!!! I love this and the ladies at Macy's (Yes, there isn't a MAC store or Nordstroms around so it's in Macy's) showed me how to put it on to really make my eyes pop! I bought it for a wedding that I was in and now use this eyeshadow every day. Since it's a duo, I can do my whole eye with just this...although I use liner and mascara too.
It doesn't crease in the lines of my eyes and lasts all day long. It's dramatic, but I can still use it lighter during the day in the middle of summer! Versatile and lovely.
I love the plum with my blue eyes. I use the mineral powder and blush too and I absolutely love it.

SugarKat, thanks so much for posting this! I have been eyeing this at the MAC store in Seattle and was wondering if it was worth it or not - based on this, I will definately give it a try!!!
1You need to post pics of your eyes with this on. I love the earth colors.
2I can't wait to get started on collecting eyeshadows....Hmmm?
3I may have to try out Mac's mineral shadow, but in a different color.
This color may work though, just the picture makes it look like a scab lol
I have the gold-lavender, it's dreamin goood!
4Oh, how pretty. Glad it worked out for the wedding, too. Can you post pics of your everyday and dramatic looks- pretty please!
5I love these too. I found that they're really easy to blend.
6Pretty colors, but I don't do well with these colors !!!!!
7These are such great colors! I'm going to have to keep these in mind for my next shadow purchase.
8That's a pretty color! I don't think the color suit me though. The new MAC mineralised eyeshadows are in newly formulated, and are more finely milled and pigmented than their earlier collection.
9How is the fallout on these shadows? I've heard that they migrate pretty badly, even with primer.
10I bought three of these (in different shades, each with two mineralized blended colors) for my besties to try...and they work great. The color may require to blend to make it the right shade you want...since some areas in the product are darker than others. other than that, it can create really awesome styles for the eye!
11Nice - looks rich!!!
12ooh yes, can we have a pics of your eyes?
13I love these--I went a bit nuts and bought quite a few.
In terms of fallout, some are worse than others--for instance I found "Love Connection" has a huge amount of fallout compared with "Two to Glow". However waiting to apply your foundation after your eyeshadow and sweeping away the excess right away helps a lot.
14Is that what is meant by fallout? I get a little on my cheeks, but not much. Even the darkest parts swipe off easily.
Also, after a month, they still have kept their distinct colors. They're still separate which I was not expecting...
Same with the pressed powder/highlighter. LOVE
IT!!!
♥ SugarKat Honey Bee!
15Yeah, I get a bit on my cheeks too, but that's about it. Nothing that can't really be fixed.
Have you tried blending the colors together? So pretty!!
I love the New View powder/highlighters too. It's so easy to become a MAC addict...
16Thanks to all for your tips and I too want to see pic of this on the eye.
17My bestie and I went to our local MAC store today during lunch and played with the minerals. She ended up buying Hot Contrast but I went for the Starflash shadows in Smoke and Diamonds and Dreamaker. The shimmer particles in the mineral shadow were just too big for my taste, but I absolutely love it on her!
18I want pics also, please. I'm a BE girl but love, love, love all makeup and am willing to invest in almost anything that works - I have oily eyelids.
