Well I went and tried the Cover Girl Smoothers Tinted Moisturizer in light to medium. After using Lancomes Aqua Fusion, I was not sure what to expect. It actually did work pretty well. It says buildable coverage, but I only put on a light coat. This is oil free so it won't clog pores and has an spf of 15. I know it is not enough for most of you, but for those of us that work in buildings and only get some sunlight when going back and forth to a car, it will suffice for a little bit, but not I wouldn't suggest it for a full day outside. The texture was very light, I did feel the moisture, but it was def not heavy at all. As for the smell, I didn't really notice one at all, so another plus. The cost for me at my local Kinney's store was $7.99.
I did half of my face with the tinted moisturizer, the side on the left in the pic is what I did and the much redder right side is undone.

I wouldn't have thought it would provide a nice coverage yet sheer too. Good idea for the one side done/one side not, thanks for great post!!!
1I think I saw this 40% off at Jewel/Osco. I've heard good things about it. I'm not sure if I would need a tinted moisturizer, but it's such a good price, I may try it out and see if I like it. Thanks!
2Ooooooooo, I'm right underneath Christian Bale. Lovely.
3But I digress. I've never been a big fan of tinted moisturizers but I may have to give this a try. I find that SPF 15 is more than enough coverage even when you're outside. I'm quite pale and even in Hawaii I wore 15 on my face and never had a burn.
Lucy, I wish I were underneath Christian Bale
4Looks good.
