I was shopping at my local Jewel/Osco this morning, and happened to pass the L'oreal section where I noticed a bunch of stuff on clearance. I took a closer look and saw that they had a bunch of the HIP stuff (High Intensity Pigment) on clearance for 50% off! I don't know if they are changing the packing or what. I jumped and grabbed a few things. The pigments come in a little pot, and they are really nice. All 3 colors have a shimmer to them. I applied them dry to my lids and the colors were great - I did however notice at the end of the day a little creasing, but I didn't use any type of primer. I want to try these colors using a wet brush sometime and see the difference. These pots come with a little brush, but I prefer to use my own. I read that some people claim these are a notch below the MAC paint pots (I think that's the one) I'm not sure of that, I've never tried the MAC ones, but these are nice. I am kicking myself because they were almost out of everything, but had a few more colors I wanted (I think the one I wanted was called Visionary or something). I should have picked it up, I know it will be gone tomarrow. They were regular price at $12, so each one was $6. I also picked up 2 glosses, an eyeliner and a color rich crayon. The HIP pigment shadows in the picture are 1. Tenacious 2. Restless and 3. Intrepid. So if you like a deal check out Osco ASAP as the one by me was basically cleaned out!
