KISS ME MASCARA

I never really was a huge mascara fan until my roommate recommended that I try this one. I wear contacts and have pretty sensitive eyes, so the mascaras that I've tried either flaked or smudged or just weren't compatible with my eyes. My roommate who's into a very simple beauty routine suggested that I try this because she had the same problem.

OMG! The holy grail mascara! Like the description says, this mascara doesn't smudge, run, clump or flake! You put it on your lashes and it stays put. The best part? You don't need any eye-makeup remover to take it off, you only need a little bit of water and some pressure from your fingers to pull off the little tubes that form around your lashes. It's pretty freaky at first when you pull the tubes from your lashes and you see what looks like your lashes swirling down the drain, but don't worry about that, it's just the mascara. This mascara is super low-maintenance (and honestly, what girl wouldn't be into that?)

Now for the cons: it's pretty pricey at $24 a tube at Sephora and if you happen to tear up or otherwise get your eyes wet and you end up rubbing your eyes, uh oh....yup, the mascara may rub off. And if you really like to sport the dramatic lashes look (a la Diorshow or BADGal), then this mascara may not be for you.

BOTTOM LINE: If you like your mascara to give your lashes a little bit of oomph and would like it to not clump, flake or smudge and to last all day long, then this is the mascara for you. My advice for those seeking dramatic lashes is to use the Kiss Me Mascara for daytime, and then add a few coats of your favorite volumizing/lengthening mascara at nighttime for that added drama.
