Hi,

This is my first ever blog, so bare with me.

For this look I tried to make a blue eye look less "Hello, I'm wearing make up!" and more "I'm not like everyone else, it's blue, but it's subtle".

I first used Dior's DiorSkin AirFlash Spray Foundation in Light Beige 200. This foundation is great because you can use it once (like I used here, because I don't want to hide my freckles), or you can use it twice or even three times if you want to look perfectly airbrushed.

For a concealer to hide my blue circles but not go into small lines or look like concealer I use Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat (Radiant Touch Highlighter) in the lightest colour.

Next I used Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion to keep my colour where I put it.

My favourite eye shimmer right now is by Clinique and is named Touch Tint for Eyes Shimmer Formula in Gold Glimmer (I actually have two, one in my bag at all times and one in the bathroom). This is a great product because it can be very subtle (like I used on this look) or it can be less subtle, depending on how much you use. On this eye I used very very little on my eyelid, just because otherwise your eye will look a bit flat.

I then took my angled brush by the Bodyshop (Slanted Brush 10641) to put the blue Goddess by Urban Decay (midnight blue w/ lots of electric blue microglitter Item # 36370) just in and above the crease. Use the most colour in the crease by before closing your eye, looking at the crease on your eye, putting the brush in the middle of the eye in the crease and then closing your eye to draw the line. If you draw the line while your eye is open, you have a chance of getting the colour on your eyelid as well and that is exactly what we don't want. If you then turn your brush 90 degrees (to have the shortest hairs of your brush on the side of your eyebrow) and by moving your brush with the crease (sideways) you can pull the colour up a bit. Finally I then went over the top of the line with my Sephora Brand Medium Rounded Crease Brush to make sure there where no hard lines at the top of the line.

I finished my eye with one coat of Dior Diorshow Mascara in Black 090 on only my top lashes.

I hope you liked my make up and my explanation.
Tell me what you think and what you maybe want to see more of in the future. I don't always have the time, but I hope I can post this sort of things at regular intervals.

(sorry for anything that's not correctly explained, I'm not english, so things can always go wrong)
