Glitter mascara from Chanel! I should have sooo stocked up, can't find it anywhere. Also, Bobbi Brown eyeshadow that just won't stop sparkling in Snowflake.
I agree with the Body Shop cranberry - smell so yummy! i still have the soap and body butter. they do bring it back during festive seasons i think.
I think I am on a hunt for MAC's Parrot. I am intrigued by all the rave going on around this color.
And I think the Guerlain nude lipstick (dunno if it is the correct brand) that Angelina supposedly uses.
My fav limited ed product currently would be the MAC sculpt and shape duo.
Revlon Skinlights!!! It's not on the mass market any longer, although I have found it online. By the time I order it, the shipping outweighs the cost of the product! Still searching for a
site w/free shipping.
It's an illuminating foundation that just perked up my complexion and no one was the wiser. Great stuff.
I was addicted to the first Paul Smith cologne that came out 4 years ago maybe.. then one day they just stopped making it here.. it was in a green bottle and it smelled soooo good.. very sad
day. I have since moved on btw. haha
I agree about the Revlon Skinlights. I have a bottle that I use rarely just because I know once it runs out, it's over. It is the perfect highlighter. I think I'm stuck in the denial stage
because I keep thinking that they'll bring it back since so many people miss it.
Re: The Body Shop Cranberry products--they do come out during the holiday season, but I've been a big Body Shop freak for years and I can say that the newer versions of the cranberry products
(at least, the newer version of the cranberry body butter) was not nearly as good as the original formula from a few years back. I still have one more jar of that original formula and I don't
know if I can ever bring myself to use it completely. It smells so much better and is much thicker and creamier, but non-greasy.
I also went through this bad hoarding phase when I found out my favorite hair product ever was going to be discontinued--John Freida's Beach Blonde Ocean Waves spray. I barely do anything
with my hair--I'm lucky if I even brush it; it's so thick and wavy and long that it's usually better if I just leave it alone--but that was my all-time favorite product. I think I bought 2
bottles on eBay for a ridiculous price, but it's worth it. It seriously could transform almost any type of hair into sexy, tousled, beachy hair, and the scent was amazing. Ugh. Now I'm
thinking about getting more bottles!!
Pave's Flawless Convertible-Proof Firm Hold Repairing Hair Spray (can the title be any longer?) Anyway, when they stopped selling this great hairspray, I stocked up but now I am on the last
can
J'adore the John Frieda stuff that makes your hair blonder...it's so worth $10, but it seems to be leaving stores! Also Bath & Body Works' Christmas collection. :( All that vanilla and cranberry stuff! Mmm.
melizzle - I used the Anna Sui purple bottle perfume too!!! I loved that scent!!!! I think it was just called Anna Sui - purple box, black letters. Oh, I wish I could smell that again.
tear.
I discovered the Body Shop's cranberry body polish during the post holiday sale..I think it was only $6?..I really like this product, it smells great and contains little husks that exfoliate
your skin
Urban Decay's eyeshadow in 'SWF' (it's still available online in the U.S. though). It's the perfect shade to go with my Urban Decay 'Grifter' eyeshadow and now my eyes never look quite right-
silly, I know ;p When I was told it had been discontinued (I've been wearing the 2 shades together for years), I genuinely felt upset- which is so stupid, 'cos after all it's just make-up ;p
But still, I still can't get use to it...I've been looking for a replacement, but to no avail so far... the search continues...
em1282 - Sunsilk just came out with a product similar to John Freida Ocean Waves. Also, Frederic Fekkai makes one called Wave Creating Spray.
retail_therapy - Guerlain 480 is the shade. Three Custom Colors cosmetics makes a dupe of this shade, which Angelina's makeup artist supposedly buys for her.
My most-missed discontinued products is from the late '80s: L'Oreal Sealily Lipstick. They made a matching nail polish, which I've found several dupes for, but I haven't found a lipstick in
that perfect shade. It was a staple for me and I went through several tubes
I know this may be silly, but Thermasilk, haha! seriously though, I was searching for the line everywhere until I figured out that they had discontinued it and came out with Sunsilk (which i
have not yet tried...!
I wanted to respond to the people who were looking for a substitution for SeaLily nail polish by L'Oreal. Found it! I bought it at Whole Foods, of all places: Boca Ice Pink by No-Miss Nail
Care. There's also a similar color with deeper purple iridescence.
I LOVE Carrott Cake Hand Cream from the Philosophy line it was alimited exclusive edition only at Nordstroms.
I also liked the Warm Vanilla Sugar shimmer Powder bursh from Bath and Body works that was avaiable at christmas time.
1The Body Shop's Cranberry line from Xmas - it was amazing, cranberry is my favorite smell! But all my cranberry stuff is used up now
2darby9171 - Wow... Those stuff sound amazing!
bailaoragaditana - I love the smell of cranberry products too! I never smelled the one at The Body Shop though. I MUST SMELL IT!
3Glitter mascara from Chanel! I should have sooo stocked up, can't find it anywhere. Also, Bobbi Brown eyeshadow that just won't stop sparkling in Snowflake.

13robinesque & Swen - I never tried the Revlon Skinlights but it does sound amazing according to both of you!
melizzle - Do you remember the name of the parfum? I adore the Dolly Girl from Ana Sui but it doesn't last long.
em1282 - Wow! The John Freida's product that your talking about sound fantastic! It's really frustrating when the perfect product are discontinued.
scully - THAT is some tittle. hahah!

17I'm still holding some Skinlights back for myself too. I need to just use it and get it over with.

19Btw, my Mum's still got half a bottle of that John Freida's Beach Blonde Ocean Waves spray left in her beauty box
20I've got about a quarter of a bottle of the John Freida Ocean Waves left. It smelled SO good!
21i have two skinlights products. i had no idea it was discontinued.

25Victoria Secret Garden Peach Hyacinth
26I agree with the all those who miss Revlon Skinlights...
27There's a website for discontinued products.
28I can't remember the name.
Anyone remember?
My favorite skincare line, Better Botanicals, used to be in beautiful glass jars with pumps, etc. Now they're in regular plastic.
