Lancome Artliner is my favorite liquid liner EVER!! I've raved about this stuff all over this site, so I figured I should pop some pics up and review it.
I use Artliner in Blueberry. This liner has a very vivid color, the consistency is smooth enough that its not difficult to put on but has enough body to leave a perfect finish. I still use L'Oreal Lineur Intense in Black because it does the job at $7 vs. $27 for Artliner. BUT, for beautiful, vivid colors, you cannot beat the Lancome.
I pair it with Lancome Colour Focus in Exhibition.
All Saints
How many times have you done your eyes today?
I like it! Very nice. I don't think I have a steady enough hand for liquid eyeliner, though.
1Oh Shizz!! that looks amazing, I always fudge that stuff so I dont use it
2LOL SPM! I took these pics like three days ago. :lazy: I kept thinking of other blogs I want to post, and the pics were patient.
3Wow great job Jen! I always smudge with the liquid liner
4very pretty. you do so much better with liquid eyeliner than me. i still can't get the hang of my mac eyeliner and eyeliner brush.
5Thanks, guys!! Aud - You'll get it. It just takes practice until you get a feel for the most comfortable way to hold your hand, and how quickly to move, etc... I was addicted to black liquid liner in high school.
6no wonder you are so good at it! you have experience

My skin is on the oily side, so living in Hawaii - with the
humidity - liquid liner was my best bet. And, I hadn't discovered Urban Decay's Primer Potion yet!
8I think I'm jealous of the MAC fluidline that Aud has. If I choose to splurge on something, that may be it. But it would probably take me months to start applying it correctly.
9I don't have the dexterity to do liquid liner, either. :jealous:
These pics look great, Jen.
10I'm jealous of her fluidline too, SPM!!
11by the way i just purchased some urban decay for my stepdaughter for her birthday from sephora.
Urban Decay Primer Potion, Urban Decay Urban Ammo Eye Palette, Urban Decay Lip Pencil - Midnight Cowboy, & Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil - 1999.
12We need to see a pic of you in HS with your full make up on hahaha
13I'll have to look! The p's are like little gerbils hoarding all the pics.
Oooh, that sounds lovely Aud!! She'll be thrilled.
14go for it jeny!
15I love that Ammo Palette Aud, I'm sure she will too!!
I love love LOVE liquid liner! I usually save it for going out at night though as I like how I can quickly put on my pencil in the morning and have no worries. And I love the vividness of these! Adding more to my spring break list...
16yeah pencils for me are so much quicker. but the next time i go out i will be attempting my fluidline again.
17Im a pencil girl 2, but for lips not eyes
18Love the color Jenn! it makes your eyes pop, really pretty

19I like the eybrows, they have these little spikes I find so cute
20I love that! My few attempts at liquid have been feeble. I need to practice
I think I did buy the L'Oreal though, on your rec. In brown...black is terrible on me.
Could we have a "liquid liner" tips blog? Please......please.....please....
21Love liquid liner. One trick - after using the liner and before it dries, take a Q-tip, and while pulling the corner of your eye outward with a pinky finger, use the Q-tip to clean up any mess (it's so hard to apply!) leaving a flawless line! Takes a bit of practice, but it works soooooo well once you get it!
22I do the q-tip thing, too Brown_Sugar!!
LOL Clique!! I'll try... Not sure I can measure up to the Queen o' How-To Makeup Blogs!! Who really *should* be hired as some sort of beauty blogger...
23Hahaha, I have a couple of liner tips up my sleeve, perhaps we should do a joint blog madame jen?
24Yes, ma'am!! Fabulous idea.
25
I bow to your generous offer of knowledge!
26Oh I like the coulour Jen it really suits you.
27I'm always quite scared of coloured liner, but going by you it's wrth a try.
I never thought of using Qtips
28Jen, very nice! I love how you have mastered the liquid eyeliner..great job!! It's not an easy thing to do. I like this color on my brown eyes too.
Oh, and your eyes really pop with this color!! Very nice post.
29Yay...thats like me I always mess it up.
Jen...much props to you to get it that straight...amazing
30This was the eyeliner I wanted so bad and ordered from Sephora. I returned it
This will sound like I belong in the crazy house, but I swear all day it felt like it was still wet on my eye. I also don't wear cream eyeshadow because of this. It did make the most perfect
line
BUT I need to add I am not used to liquid eyeliner, so I am NOT saying this is
a bad product. I have been wearing makeup since I was 12. So when you have been wearing a pencil for that long, change is weird. At least for me and my crazy sensations
Okay I will just shut up now
31i hear you lisa. i am also having a hard time making the transition from eye pencil to my fluidline mac eyeliner.
32LOL Lisa! I'm really used to liquid liner, so I don't notice that. But, I will say, that when I open the oven to get something out, and I don't give the steam a chance to get out first, when the steam hits my face it makes this liner feel like it's sweating! It's the weirdest thing. It isn't actually doing anything, if I look in the mirror. But, it feels weird.
33Lisa--you are not crazy. I feel that way about liquid, too. That is why I hardly wear it, I just feel it sitting there...Maybe the sensation fades when you get used to it.
34looks lovely. i love the blue color.
::the platypus is proof that god has a sense of humor::
35you look so much like my sister Melissa and my knothead Jessica!!!
36I LOVE LOVE LOVE that eyeliner!!!!
Wow, amazing color!
